A look at Larry Pegram's SuperTrapp SuperTracker Ducati (328K) | Have a listen to Rich King's VTR1000 SuperTrapp SuperTracker (168K) | This is what a Mile sounds like (Well, though a digital camera anyway.) (120K) | A look at the Grand National starting grid (184K)

White Pigeon, Michigan's Kevin Atherton finished 4th, putting him in the same spot in points.

Kevin's only win this year came at Springfield. Perhaps he'll have better luck at the upcoming Miles.

Roger Lee Hayden helps the Atherton's bike before the race. Roger Lee's bro, Nicky, is Kevin's TCR teammate.

Robert Buffington of Prairie Du Chien, Wisc., took fourth in the SuperTrapp SuperTrackers Main aboard his modified Suzuki TL1000.

Your race winner, Chris Carr during pre-race intros.

Carr, of Fleetwood, Penn., battled his way to the front to take the lead from Will Davis who led most of the race. With this win, Carr's lead over Parker extends to 26 points.

Carr and Scott Parker battled with Davis for the win. But it was Carr by a nose at the end -- another great Mile finish. Who will take over for the Harley factory spot vacated by Parker after this year? I'll give you one guess. . .

The crowd, like the riders, battled the mid-90s heat and humidity. Yuck.

Speedvision's Dave Despain interviewing Carr at the Grand National victory podium.

Davis, Carr and Parker.

Nicky Hayden just missed the Main with a  second-place finish in Semi Race #1 behind George Roeder II.

One of Nicky's goals is to win a Grand National. Despite his limited dirt-track racing schedule, I'm thinking he's still got a decent shot. What about you?

A special thanks to SuperTrapp for sponsoring the inaugural season of the SuperTrackers.

Rich King's Honda VTR1000-based SuperTrapp SuperTracker.

Rich didn't fare well in SuperTrackers, but finished 7th in the Grand National final.

Pick out your favorite rider.

Parker chats with Despain.

Road racer Larry Pegram aboard his Ducati 916/996-based SuperTrapp SuperTracker. He was teamed with Brett Landes.

Pegram and his Ducati crashed after one lap in the SuperTracker Main. The cause of his accident was not known for sure, but there was another rider in the vicinity.

Larry's first try with dirt ovals this year, the Fast by Ferracci Ducati Superbike racer got these pretty factory leathers a bit dirty Saturday.

West Bend, Wisconsin's J.R. Schnabel missed the Grand National Main after a 4th in a strong Semi #1 race that featured George Roeder II, Nicky Hayden, Chris Evans, and Bret Beyer. He did, however, finish 2nd to this man, Joe Kopp, in the SuperTrapp SuperTracker final.

The SuperTrapp SuperTracker victory podium. From left, Gary Rogers, Schnabel and Kopp. Kopp leads the series with 76 points, followed by Steve Morehead's 71 and Schnabel's 70.

Mr. Springsteen and Despain. Springer finished 5th behind Atherton.

The man on the right has announced his intentions next year, but what about his tuner Bill Werner?

A familiar shot. I wonder how much fun it must have been trying to squeeze into those gloves in mid-90s heat.
