Rained out DuQuoin Mile didn't cancel championship recognition

Oct. 23 - Although the racing was rained out at the AMA Progressive Insurance U.S. Flat Track Championships finale Oct. 16, the presentation of the coveted No. 1 plate to champ Joe Kopp was not.
