(September 19, 2012) - Both James Rispoli and Corey Alexander were able to test at Homestead-Miami Speedway just after the opening round at Daytona, back in March. The eleventh round of the season promises more close race action for both Rispoli and Alexander, with both riders battling for position in a very competitive SuperSport field as the season draws to a close. The Homestead-Miami round only pays points for the SuperSport East Championship where Alexander is currently in fifth place,  just a few points from moving forward a few notches. Rispoli carries his massive 60-point lead in the West Championship, where points will be paid at the final round in New Orleans.

As Celtic Racing arrives at Homestead-Miami Speedway, riders and crew are even more focused on the task at hand. With good results at the past several rounds, the team is working flat-out to earn more success. James Rispoli and Corey Alexander rode well at New Jersey Motorsports Park round of the 2012 AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com  SuperSport season, with both Celtic Racing riders qualifying on the front row. Rispoli took second place on the grid, and rode a fierce race on Saturday to take the race win on his #1 Celtic Orient Express Suzuki GSX-R 600, and took second place in Sunday's race after a red flag shortened the event. Alexander's determination saw him claim third place on the starting grid, and though he was forced to start from pit road on Saturday, he clawed his way through the field to finish thirteenth. Sunday's race was a better reflection of Alexander's motivation, where he battled for third after a great start, and was pushed back to fourth with the red flag finish.

James Rispoli looks forward to the event at Homestead, especially since it is so close to where he has been training all season in Florida. James said that he is "looking to continue our great season at Miami. We tested very well when we first were there. Since our first visit, my team has worked hard and we have improved the Celtic Orient Express bike by about a half a second, and made it a lot easier to ride. As before, we don't have to worry about anything but winning both races. We are the spoiler and looking to ruffle some feathers this weekend, and put a lot of pressure on the competition from the first practice session. Thanks to all my personal sponsors AGV Helmets, Dainese Leathers, DAO Defy All Odds Apparel, Monster Energy, and Techmount."

Corey Alexander has renewed enthusiasm for the races at Homestead-Miami and said, "Last weekend I felt really strong and confident in my bike. Some stuff finally clicked with setup and just how I felt. Unfortunately the results didn't show that due to some misfortune. I'm excited going into Miami as I really liked the track and felt good during the test there earlier this year. I expect to put the National Guard Fairhills Group bike up front all weekend with a little help from my crew who have been doing a great job all season." Corey would like to thank all his personal sponsors for their continued support, including Fairhills Group, Hudson Valley Motorcycles, Arai Helmets, Spidi Leathers, and XPD Boots.
