July 5th, 2011 - Shelby, MI - Witchkraft Racing is heading to Mid-Ohio Sports Car course this weekend and will field Daytona AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 winner Kyle Wyman for the sixth round of the AMA Pro Road Racing Series, presented by Dunlop Tires, replacing the injured Eddie Kraft.

Wyman, from Rochester New York, won the AMA Pro Vance & Hines XR1200 Series race at Daytona International Speedway and has been competing in the series full time this season. Kyle will be running in Daytona SportBike aboard the #133 Yamaha R6. Witchkraft Racing will also have riders Jeff Wrobel and Aaron Bagwell competing in the AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport class.

"I am really excited to be back on a Yamaha this coming weekend at Mid-Ohio," said the 21 year old, "Eddie has given me a tremendous opportunity on great equipment that is very similar to what I have ridden in the past. It's been 10 months since I've ridden a 600, but I'm confident that I will feel right at home on the bike and be comfortable enough to give the team a good result."

Crew Chief Joe Kraft says, "We're looking forward to working with Kyle and fielding a rider in the Daytona Sportbike class. With Eddie out of action, it's good to put someone on the bike and see how he does and what kind of feedback he provides. We're looking forward to the weekend and eager to put him on our bike which we feel is competitive and can run at the front."
