So the weekend at New Jersey was quite an experience, I seemed to just be having a little bad luck and made one big mistake in Saturdays morning qualifying which ruined my weekend because I didn’t race either race. I highsided in the 2nd qualifying and knocked my wrist out of its socket, so it was pretty sore and I tried racing later that day but unfortunately I had a mechanical on the siding lap; that was pretty frustrating. And for Sunday my wrist was just too tight and sore while I was riding, my laps times weren’t great either and I knew I’d be flying out 11 days later for the next race at Homestead Miami Speedway so we decided to sit out and let my sprained wrist heel up so I have a better chance of performing well. That was a rough weekend for us since we didn’t score any points but that’s in the past now and I’m always looking forward!

The race at Homestead Miami Speedway is this weekend and as always im excited to race! This last week I visited Doctor Tom Bryan and he works on many professional road racers so he knew exactly what to help me with. I’ve been doing all the exercises he gave me for my hand so it can heel quicker and so far it feels much more flexible and stronger than before.

I’ve been to Homestead two times already and I really like the flow of the track, I have lots of fun running that configuration. I could easily say it’s near the top of my chart on my favorite tracks! For right now, it’s still a tie between Road Atlanta and Barber Motorsports Park. I’m pretty sure it might be my favorite track soon since I’ll race there this weekend and I’m aiming to get some great results! All I am hoping for is for mother nature to cooperate with us and keep it dry, right now it looks like it will be raining but im still crossing my fingers for dry! Other than that, I’m just really excited to go out there and have a fun race. I know I can do really well there and my wrist feels much better, I’ll be posting updates throughout the weekend on my Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ pages! Make sure to check those out to follow my races. Thank you!
