Elkhart Lake, WI (May 28, 2014) – Meen Motorsports heads to Road America ready for the next round of the AMA Pro Racing 2014 series.
Second in points, Meen Motorsports’ Daytona Sportbike rider Jake Lewis seeks to land on top of the box, repeating his impressive weekend at Road America in 2013. Lewis made his Daytona Sportbike podium debut last year, capturing a nail-biting third place finish. A more experienced Lewis now looks forward to contest a win at the legendary track.
“I am really excited about this weekend at Road America. It is one of my favorite tracks and I’ve had great success there in the past. I am confidant I will do well and I hope I can bring home a couple of wins for my MotoSport.com Meen Yamaha team,” comments Lewis.
Lewis’s Daytona Sportbike teammate, Meen Motorsports’ Tucker Lancaster, has been training hard after an unfortunate mechanical that occurred during the 2014 AMA season Daytona Sportbike opener in Florida. Poised to showcase his talent,Lancaster also searches to leave his mark at Road America this coming weekend.
“I cannot wait for my racing comeback in Road America given my bad luck at Daytona. I really just want to get out there and ride again,” states Lancaster.
Meen Motorsport’s Supersport rider Andre Ochs heads to Road America high on confidence after two positive weekends of testing and is looking to improve his season points’ position.
“I have been putting a lot of laps on my MotoSport.com Meen Yamaha and am excited for the second round of the season. I learned a lot in Daytona and have been working on improving each time I get out on my Yamaha R6,” says Ochs.
