In 2010 Jordan ‘Jordy’ Burgess had his first taste of professional superbike racing, as a factory rider on the Ducati Motologic racing Team 1198R in the ASBK. Burgess began racing at a later age than most of his more seasoned competitors, climbing the ladder quickly and contested the Australian Superstock 1000 Championship on a Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade on a private team entered by Teterin Motosport, and he rose to the occasion in 2009 claiming Runner-up Overall with podiums every round, 2 wins and 2 lap records at Phillip Island and Eastern Creek. This performance saw him earn a position with Ducati in the premier class for 2010, where he stared the season off strongly with an 8th overall, only to be injured in round two and once again in round 4 of the championships missing parts of the season from this. Jordan courageously finished off the season with a broken foot, claiming 11th overall for the Australian Championship and is ready for his next challenge.

2012 - Finished 16th in the AMA Pro SuperBike point standings, earning a season-best finish of 10th at NOLA Motorsports Park. Raced for Kneedraggers.com/FLY Racing Suzuki.
